At Maleema, we adhere to a strict NO REFUND policy. We understand the importance of receiving the right fit therefore we do allow our customers to exchange items for the correct size within 10 days of receiving the order.

If your package is lost after it has been delivered, it is your responsibility to open a claim with the shipping provider. Once you have done so, fill out the form below with your claim number & we will follow up with you regarding your claim.

Packages are sent out on Tuesdays and Fridays and usually take 3 to 5 business days to arrive via UPS.

Please allow 3-4 weeks for your custom order to be processed and shipped.
